Offline AI is an AI chat app: the model is downloaded to your phone and runs there, answers are made on your phone, and your chats stay on your phone. Offline AI has no server of its own and no accounts. This policy explains where your content is kept, when the app goes online, what we have on our side, and how you control your data.

1. What the app uses

We do not collect your accounts, phone numbers, location, contacts, advertising identifiers, usage analytics or the content of your chats.
2. Sensitive things you share
Your chats may include sensitive details — your health, finances, relationships or whereabouts — and information about other people. They are processed and kept only on your phone; they are never sent to us or to anyone else.
3. Permissions

We only ask when you first use the feature that needs it, and you can turn it off at any time in your phone's settings.
4. Your chats stay on your phone
Offline AI has no server of its own. The model runs on your phone, and your chats, prompts and settings are stored only on your phone; we cannot see them and never receive them. They are included in your phone's iCloud or computer backup (handled by Apple under its own policy); model files are large and are left out of backups. Deleting the app, or "Settings → Delete everything", removes them from your phone.
5. When the app goes online

- Your chats, prompts, images and settings never leave your phone: answers are made by the model on your phone, and we can't see them either.
- App updates are downloaded from Expo's servers, which see your system and app version but none of your content.
- When you send us feedback, the email goes through your email provider to our mailbox (ai@huaxiaoman.com.cn).
- We don't use any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and we don't track you across apps or websites.
- We don't sell or "share" your information (as California law defines these words), and we don't use it for advertising.
6. Where it is kept and for how long
- Your content is processed and kept only on your phone. It is not sent to us or to any service provider.
- Chats, prompts and settings are kept only on your phone, for as long as you choose; we have no copy.
- Downloaded model files are kept on your phone and left out of iCloud backups; they are removed when you switch models. Deleting everything keeps them so you don't have to download again; you can remove them on the Models page.
- All we have is the feedback emails you send us, kept in our mailbox for the time shown in the table in section 1.
7. Your rights
- See and export your content: it is all on your phone; export it in "Settings → Export all chats". We have no copy.
- Delete it: in "Settings → Delete everything". Everything on your phone is removed at once and can't be recovered; deleting the app removes it too.
- Emails you sent us: to get a copy, correct or delete them, email ai@huaxiaoman.com.cn; once we have confirmed it's you, we do it within 15 business days.
- Withdraw consent: at any time. Turn off Notifications, Camera, Photos, Face ID, Microphone and speech recognition in your phone's settings; withdraw everything in "Settings → Delete everything".
- In the EEA and the UK you can also object to processing and complain to your local data protection authority. In California you have the right to know, delete and correct your personal information; we won't treat you differently for using these rights.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, contact us first; you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live, or go to court.
8. Automated processing and memory
- We don't recommend products or ads based on your information, and we don't profile you.
9. How your data is protected
- Your content is kept in your phone's own storage, protected by its encryption and screen lock — please set a passcode.
- Whenever the app goes online (for updates and so on), the connection is encrypted.
10. Children
You must be at least 14 to use Offline AI, or 16 if you are in the EEA or the UK. If you are under 18, please use it with a parent's or guardian's permission. A child's content stays on the phone and never reaches us; a parent can remove it in "Settings → Delete everything".
11. Feedback
- By email: email us from "Settings → Feedback", or write to ai@huaxiaoman.com.cn and tell us what is wrong.
- We reply within 3 business days, and keep who sent it confidential.
12. Changes to this policy
- When this policy changes, we update the date above. If what the app uses or why changes significantly, we will ask you to confirm again.
- If the emails you sent us have to move to a new operator (for example from an individual developer to a company), we will tell you who in advance, and they must keep to this policy.
